Director Bios

Dr. Charles E. Anderson is the Senior Pastor/Co-Founder of Trinity Worship Center International Ministries, Inc. Currently serving as the President of Unity in the Community of Northeast Polk County, he recently developed an Affordable Housing Program as well as assisted in the development of a Job Readiness Program for residents of Haines City and surrounding communities. Dr. Anderson is currently serving as the Senior Chaplain for the City of Haines City Police and Fire Department, is a member of the City of Haines City Planning Commission and the Haines City Charter Review Committee.

Dr. Anderson received a Doctorate of Divinity, a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Logos Christian College and Graduate School in Jacksonville, FL. He is an Alumni and recent graduate with his second Master’s Degree in Ministry from Warner University in Lake Wales, FL.


He retired March, 2015 as the Chief Fire Official for Orange County Public Schools in Orlando, FL (the 9th largest school district in the US and the 4th largest in the State of Florida). He has over 28 years experience in emergency disaster management and preparedness, fire service and safety management, emergency medical services and over 10 years in hospital management.


Dr. Anderson also serves as the Director of the West Africa Diocese. For the past 10 years he has served on the Board of Trustees of Highlands Regional Medical Center in Sebring, Florida, he is a Florida’s Sheriff Service Officer with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office; as well as an Alumni member of the Polk County Sheriff’s Leadership Council and a former Chaplain for the Florida Fire Marshal Inspectors Association.

A pioneer of several for-profit and non-profit organizations where he serves as President/CEO/Founder, which includes W.A.R.M. of Central Florida, Inc. (a community-oriented and international organization that focuses on influencing the lives of the youth in Polk County and surrounding communities through mentoring and tutoring programs to help youth to be productive citizens), Mission to Africa Foundation (seeks to provide financial and medical support for foreign countries; currently Nigeria, Ghana and other West Africa states), Trinity Technologies of America (provides State-of-the-art medical technology, medical equipment and medical supplies for foreign countries), Trinity International Christian College (teaches biblical principles and biblical studies where students can earn an AA, AS, Bachelor’s and Master’s degree) and Trinity Believe Academy (a Christian daycare facility).

Dr. Anderson is happily married to Dr. Judith F. Anderson, his wife of 38 years; he has two handsome sons, Charles II. and Javier Anderson, one beautiful daughter-in-law and nine grandchildren.

Rev. Frank Adams

Reverend Frank is a native of Orlando, Florida and received his Business Administration degree from the University of Central Florida.  After college, he worked for Walt Disney World  in various leadership roles within the Restaurant Operation’s Line of Business for 30 years.  

 

Frank has been a life long Methodist and follower of Christ. He has served in many lay leader roles within the U.M.C tradition for over nine years and he has become passionate about families, marriages, our youth, social equality, diversity and inclusion, and the successful continuance of Christian discipleship.

 

 On May 11, 2015,  Frank graduated from Candler School of Theology at Emory University with a Masters of Divinity degree.  On July 1, 2015,  he was appointed as the Senior Pastor of New Horizon Church.  

Consequently, Frank has been involved with UIC of NE Polk since July of 2015. Frank has served as a general member, the Chief Financial Officer and currently as Vice President  and member of the  Board of Directors.  

 

Frank is passionate about transforming the lives of residents in Haines City and Davenport (North East Polk County) through social, economic and political strategies.  Rev. Frank is happily married to his wife, Molly, and has two children.  Their son, Kevin, attends the University of Florida and daughter, Jaidan, plays volleyball, is involved in dance and gymnastics as well. In his leisure time, Frank enjoys movies, basketball, Christian music and spending time with family and friends.

Chief financial officer

Pastor Conner was ordained into the Ministry of Word and Sacrament on September 20, 1987. He has served parishes in Wheeling, WV; Staten Island, NY; St. Petersburg, FL and for the last eight years as Pastor of Lamb of God Lutheran Church in Haines City, FL. He graduated from The Military College of South Carolina with a Biology Degree.

 

Following his college graduation, he served for four and half years in the United States Naval Supply Corps completing rotations both at sea and ashore. He earned his Masters of Divinity Degree at Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, OH and has completed Advance Graduate Studies at The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia which is now known as United Lutheran Seminary.


Pastor Conner has served on various denominational and ecumenical boards during his ministry tenure. He continues serving as the Dean of the Lake Conference of the Florida Bahamas Synod -ELCA and has supervised two Pastoral Interns.

 

He is currently serving on the following boards: Mariatu’s Hope, Unity in the Community of NE Polk and The Heart of Florida Coalition of Christian Churches.

 

Pastor Conner is married to Dr. Norma E Conner who serves as an Associate Dean at the University of Central Florida’s College of Nursing. They are blessed with three grown children, a son-in-law, a daughter in law, and one
grandchild.

Dr. Judith F Anderson is the Executive Vice-President, Senior Lead Co-Pastor/Co-Founder of Trinity Worship Center International Ministries, Inc. and WARM of Central Florida, Inc. a 501(c)3 organization along with husband, Charles E, Anderson, CEO, Senior Lead Pastor/Founder.

Dr, Judith received her Doctorate of Divinity, her Masters Degree in Christian Education and her Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies from Logos University Christian College, in Jacksonville, Florida. Furthering her development in the prophetic gifts, she also graduated top of her class as Salutatorian from Dr. Sheila Spencer's Prophetic and Dream Institute in Orlando, Florida. She is currently ordained and licensed in the State of Florida

Dr. Judith is the founder of Women with a Purpose. Her passion is to help women understand and operate in their purpose, which has touched many lives through the leading of the Holy Spirit. IN 2008, she birthed the "Women Empowered for Breakthrough" Conference. This powerful, awesome woman of God has a loving spirit and discerning ability to reach out to others and draw many to Christ. She is a dynamic praise and worship leader, as well as a prayer warrior. She effectively ushers in the healing power of God through her music and the Word of God. All who hear her inspirational messages leave energized and encouraged, ready to face another day.
