The objective of this program is to develop skills and character that will lead to success in finding and keeping a job. The JRP consists of 16 classes and provides leaders who'll assist participants with achieving their goals in successful completion of the program, support graduates during the job search and post-employment, work with each student collectively and individually. This team of faithful & committed professionals teach participants the skills necessary to be gainfully employed.
This is an investment of your time, and it should be a good investment. You may have heard of other programs that did not work or did not provide as much as they promised. The "Jobs for Life" curriculum has expanded to locations across the United States because of its past successes with students.
This investment will give you a support network that will last for months and in many cases years after graduation.
Most importantly, if you apply the principles taught in the Job Readiness Program, it will change how you balance all aspects of life, from your physical, spiritual, and mental health to building and maintaining meaningful relationships with family, friends and community.

Interviewing: Understand how to present yourself with confidence by participating in various mock interview sessions.
Relationship building: Establish lasting friendships with others and develop the confidence in knowing you are ready to be apart of the labor force.
Job Shadowing: Gain a “behind the scenes” look into future career choices
Pre & Post Mentorship: Be inspired, encouraged, and held accountable by our program coaches who will listen and guide you through the entire process. We will even check-in with you after you have acquired a job!
