Our 3rd Annual Miracle Christmas 2021

This year's Miracle Christmas will be an opportunity for all people including those living at or below the poverty level to recieve a bike, or one of two types of gift cards (income based and non-income based) to help with the holiday season.  The number of non income based gift cards are much less in quanity.  Unity has two new sponsors who has encouraged us to focus on the most vulnerable within our community -- the truly impoverished. Therefore,  to be eligible for a governmental gift card (one per family), clients must be at or below 150% of the federal poverty level as determined by the Federal Office of Management and Budget (OMB) based on the most recent federal Census data and as a revised annually (or more frequently) by the U.S. Department of Heath and Human Services. In compliance with these regulations, our sponsor, ALPI must screen cleints for income eligiblity to ensure that this C.S.B.G. program benefit is being used for income eligible clients.  Presreening at ALPI's website for eligible individuals.    I.D. and Medcaid card may be required for distribution.    Click here to complete online form and be eligible for gift card distribution.
